Pilates is a physical training method devised by Joseph Hubertus Pilates in the early 1900's. His original method has developed over the years to become the modern Pilates that we know today. 

Pilates is a form of exercise that works your whole body and is suitable for all individuals of all ages. The many benefits that can be gained include:

MYSORE Program

MYSORE style is a phrase used in yoga that describes self-directed exercise sessions. Participants are taught their routine and supported by distant supervision within a shared gym space. Our Exercise Physiologist will progress your exercise modes to ensure you are working towards your individual goal .

This service is directed towards individuals who want to be proactive in improving chronic and injury outcomes as well as general health and wellness prospects, while keeping treatment costs low.

Groups are ongoing throughout the year. Start date as from initial appointment.

REMEDIAL MASSAGE

Remedial Massage is a treatment modality that manipulates the soft tissues of the body including movement for a specific therapeutic effect, rather than a general therapeutic effect. It uses relevant techniques, lubricants and movements according to the client’s needs and response. This leads to the healing process, which begins at the cellular level aiding soft tissues in repairing, restoring functional integrity and adapting back to health.
