Pilates  

Pilates is a physical training method devised by Joseph Hubertus Pilates in the early 1900s. His original method has developed over the years to become the modern Pilates that we know today. 

  

Pilates is a form of exercise that works your whole body and is suitable for all individuals of all ages. The many benefits that can be gained include:

  • increased body awareness and control  
  • coordination  
  • balance  
  • injury rehabilitation.  

  

Panacea Movement Medicine offers classes on a 1:1, 1:2 and 1:4 basis.

Health Insurers

All of our Pilates Instructors are registered providers. Clients are encouraged to check their level of cover via contacting their Health Fund directly.
